Congrats on posting in the right section, but you missed a lot of key information.

  • Budget
  • What the use is
  • Read this, as you're instructed:

As for your build:

  • You can probably find a better alternative for the PSU. That one's not bad by any means, just expensive
  • Strongly suggest getting a nicer case
  • Look at the 2060 Super, or 2070 Super...vanilla 2070 generally isn't great value anymore
  • Why do you have 2 SSDs? I'd probably make the smaller one NVME, and the other SATA...but really you won't notice a huge difference from NVME to SATA
  • I wouldn't recommend an MSI motherboard
  • Wait for Black Friday

My budget is £1100
I am using the PC for gaming purposes only
I am getting the PC for christmas so would i be able to get the PC in time for black friday?
also i was reccomended this build by someone on PCPartPicker.
Judging by your criticism, are you able to recommend be a PC build with a good GPU (is possible maybe upwards of the 2070)
Edit: Before you reply, the same guy re-recommended me this

Is this better or are you able to suggest better?

Ever consider going AMD? At this point in time, they offer similar and in some cases better performance than what Intel has to offer at a cheaper price point.

You can also buy cheaper Windows 10 keys on ebay or sites like scdkey ranging from £5 -  £15.

Edit: I changed some parts based on the similar posting you made above.
