Can Windows 10 - Update 1903 easily be reverted ? (from 1809)

My main gaming computer is still running Windows 10 1809 version (I did not updated yet). 

 

I would like to do the update but I am afraid it might break several things (like sound, network whatever).

 

Once installed can the update be easily rollbacked  ? (eg : I mean to go back as it was before 1809, using a restore point created by Windows itself, for example).

yes you can roll back after upgrad to 1903.
