Motherboard troubleshooting

Hi! I have a problem with my pc. I suspect that 2 ram slots are dying so I pulled everything and tested it piece by piece. But the motherboard shitted itself completely. No matter what gpu i used (including the Igpu) the vga and boot device led stay lit. The mobo in question as an asus p8z68-v gen3. I have to mention that the motherboard does restart when I press ctrl alt del, so it's not frozen.
