New Mobo and cpu

So I got a 3600 and a b450 tomahawk I did a bios flash drive and updated the bios for the 3600 but when I power it on the led come on the fan comes on it does it’s boot up but I don’t get a display on my monitor so can someone please help? None of led lights are on for cpu and bram

Hi,

 

Is a graphics card installen and is the monitor hooked up to it (and not to the motherboard as 3600 has no igpu) ?

Ok thanks got the monitor to turn up but now it’s saying reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key
