Where are you shopping/located? 

The 8320 has the same cores as the 8350 but just lower binned. It's easily oc'ed just as fast as the stock 8350.

You should be oc'ing.

 

It certainly does overclock, and if you get a good one , it can go nearly as high as a 8350 can. I've had mine up at 4.7Ghz before, and I bet if I sent the time I could get it up to 5ghz, and I'm no expert at overclocking. The reason I don't is because I want my PC to run cooler and quieter rather than more powerful.
