Odd price point, no problem!

I've had a few clients at both the $1000 price point, and the $800 price point, but not yet specifically at $900, which made this one an interesting budgeted PC. As it turns out, getting the absolute best value at this budget is an interesting challenge, factoring in tax, shipping, and service fee.

The final bill came in just under $900, and this machine turned out pretty slick.

 

 

Tested before the 1070 ti showed up to ensure everything was functional (ironically except for the test GPU that I was using, crashes under load)

 



 

I believe all RGB enabled graphics cards should default to a single color, not rainbow barf, so that builds like this can exist without needing any shite RGB software. This card simply displays red without use of any software, which is perfect.

are you referring to the $800 prices listed on the link above? by new prices, the PC is actually more expensive nowadays

 

the prices that I paid were actually below $800 for the parts, but my own labor and the shipping cost made the whole build close to the $900 price point.
