PC boot loop problem

So here is the deal, this actually happened maybe a month ago, fixed it by reseating ram, but now PC is again stuck in a boot loop, idk if reseating will help again, however what do you think what could be the cause for this problem to keep popping out so frequently, since last time i thought maybe one of the ram sticks is dead or a DIMM slot is dead on a motherboard and it turned out to be everything fine, but there must be something else i'm missing here, is there a chance that ssd might be causing this problem, because PC has been working perfectly after the most recent change in the build that was the SSD? 

 

 

Pc specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600,stock

Mobo: MSI B450 Tomahawk

GPU: MSI Armor RX 570 8GB, stock

PSU: Corsair VS450,450 W

RAM: 1x stick of 8GB 2133 mhz and 1x stick of 8GB 3000 mhz

Storage: 1 HDD 7200rpm 1tb and 240 GB SSD

The different dram speeds worry me.  Just because something should work doesn’t always mean it will.  The 3000 should default down to 2133 with both sticks present but it might not be.  There are also things like cas latency that might become issues. 8 gb should be enough to boot, so only one stick (either) should be needed for a test.  Maybe pull one stick and see if it works?

I will give it a shot as soon as i get home, thats is also the thing i was worried about, maybe i will just order another stick of 3000 mhz to balance the stuff out, although that aegis g skill 3000 ram doesn't look like it is too good quality wise since it is the cheapest ram stick with this speed
