Help setting up multiple monitors?

I had my monitors set up so 1+2 were extended and then 2+3 were duplicated. When I used Ctrl+Windows+P and selected second screen only, 3 would be the only display. When I chose extend it would return to normal. I use the shortcut frequently while going between my desk and my bed. 1 is my main display so I'd like 'PC screen only' to show just 1.

I replaced my monitors today and cant seem to set them up like they were. The monitors are plugged into the cables that I used previously so they're in the same ports.

Any help is much appriciated!

What types of video cables are going to each monitor by number? Modern video drivers like defaulting to the most modern digital port, so I'm wondering if this could have something to do with it.
