Upgrading my PC

Hi,

 

I want to upgrade my gaming PC, exchanging the Motherboard, CPU and GPU.

My current CPU is an Intel so this is the first AMD build for me. I selected the 3700X over the 3800X due to the price difference.

 

I always have a hard time to select a motherboard, as I don't really know what to look for. I want two x16 and at least one (better 2) M.2 Slots.

 

Do you think the parts I selected are good or do you have any suggestions for improvement?

PSU is a Corsair RM 750x and case is the Thermaltake View 31 Tempered Glass RGB Edition

I will also keep my 2 SSDs (512GB and 1TB) and one HDD (3TB)

What cpu & gpu are you upgrading from?

i5 7600k & GTX 1060 6GB

The cup cooler is overkill, but it should look good. Otherwise the choices seem reasonable.

Your selection is pretty good, but an alternative MOBO I'd recommend is the ASUS TUF-X570 Plus. And the 2080S is only worth it I feel you're gaming at 1440p 144Hz or at 4K 60Hz.
