Problems overclocking RAM - Ryzen 3700X

Hi,

So a few months ago I've purchased a Ryzen 3700X and also 1 extra dual ram kit so that I have the following specs:

CPU: Ryzen 3700X
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VI

Memory: G Skill Ripjaws IV DDR4 3200 CL16 (4x8 32 GB)

When I first got the new parts I really didn't bother with detailed overclocking. Only thing I did was to set the RAM profile in BIOS to D.O.C.P 3200 MHz and I didn't have any problems running my memory at 3200 Mhz for months.
Today after updating my motherboard version to AMD Agesa 7501 I wanted to tweak my memory manually in detail to see if I can push the frequency up to 3600 Mhz or maybe just tighten the timings at 3200 Mhz.
I used Ryzen DRAM Calculator 1.6.2 after importing my RAM data in HTML using Thaiphoon Burner and printed all that stuff so that I could tweak the settings accordingly in BIOS.

Unfortunately after trying out 3600 Mhz Fast/Safe and 3200 Mhz Fast/Safe options I have to say all of these options failed. I couldn't get the computer to boot. I had to manually clear CMOS after every trying every option and restart. I couldn't even reach BIOS otherwise.

After carefully looking at all the stuff I realized I made an actual mistake by picking Ryzen+ gen as Processor type on DRAM Calculator instead of Ryzen 2 gen. After correcting this mistake I tried all of this a second time but it didn't work again.

My biggest concern now is that after all of this failed I tried to boot PC by using the aforementioned D.O.C.P 3200 Mhz profile just to see if it would work. It failed. D.O.C.P 2600 Mhz failed as well.
I can boot my computer using standard settings (~2100 Mhz) but any overclock on the RAM seems impossible for some reason.

The question is where do I go from here? Did I actually damage my RAM? Or is this just an issue with AMD Agesa 7501?
Looking forward to hear your recommendations.

Cheers,
franticsheep

Ryzen 3000 doesnt really like 4 sticks of ram. It works best at 2 sticks dual channel, so if you want 3600 speeds, best to buy a 2x16 kit and sell that 4x8. I personally have the same setup, CH6 with a 3700x and I have my 14-14-14-34 3200mhz kit overclocked to 16-16-16-48 3600 no issues. I am also on 7501.

Thank you for your response.

I realize that running 4 sticks isn't optimal but I used to be able to run it at 3200 MHz.
Now after trying it to tweak it manually and updating BIOS I cannot do that any more. Not even 2600 MHz is possible.

have you tried flashing back your BIOS? Also, please make sure to quote people when responding so we know you replied.
