Free COD 2019?

So I came across these to free downloads, one of which says its a torrent and crack combo. However the 2 sites as well as their download pages look almost identical making me suspicions if they are fake and contain malware.

Does anyone know if these sites are safe (used before) or know where to find a free crack of Modern Warfare?

 

Note: I am planning on buying the game later, however I've been having problems with the latest nvidia drivers (will make a post about it tomorrow) and was wanting to see how well it ran with older drivers because I might wait on getting it until Ive done testing the newer drivers that just came out, since the ones for the beta were causing me problems
