Startup problem

I need some advise/help with my new build. Basically pc won't start up from first boot only when I restart it or the duration between boot ups isn't big it will work properly. If there is like 30 mins (not sure about time, let's just say 30 or more mins passes) pc will start booting, show the typical logo with F11 DEL etc. buttons info to go to bios, etc. and then display losses the signal and I'm stuck at black screen. What could be causing it?

did you make sure to update the bios the support 3rd gen ryzen on your motherboard?

Yep, did that. Otherwise pretty sure my pc won't ever start up hehe

Edit1: just checked the led's on motherboard, it goes like that :

3-5 secs cpu

2-4secs vga

0.3 secs boot

Lights off 

No display signal
