So im confused on cpu cooler. Im conflicted on the AIO pinkflow 240 by ID cooling or the Dark Rock Pro 4 by Be Quiet.

Is ID Cooling good? Air cooling or AIO better?

Personally, I would go with the air cooler, because it's cheaper and gets the same job done, but if you don't have headroom in your case for a bigger air cooler, and have the extra money, then get the AIO.

If you have the extra money to spend, and know your AIO is gonna fit in your case, then get it. Just remember if your planning to use this for a long time (5 or more years) then I would just get an air cooler as they tend to last longer.

Oh. Make sure to do your research before buying this, so you don't buy something that goes bad in a year. If you're not sure I would get an AIO from Corsair.

ive built a PC entirely out of aliexpress parts in the past

https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/970597-chinese-only-pc/

ive done a LOT of research into these companies since, to find out which ones are legitimate and which ones are knock offs

and which ones are actually decent knockoffs

ID cooling is a pretty well known brand in the asian market, they make good products, theyre the ones that make the coolers for other brands out there

This was very helpful. I decided what to pick already. Thank you so much. Can i ask you again if i have any other questions about chinese product?

Grab DRP4

AIOs smaller than 360mm are a bad choice when u can fit a top end air cooler into a build.

Air coolers and AIO's each have their own strengths. For the two coolers mentioned, the DRP4 is much quieter but performs slightly worse.

What cpu are you cooling and why are you looking at these coolers in particular?

What features are you looking for in a cooler?

If you're mainly concerned with the aesthetic, the Pinkflow cooler can be a decent option as long as it's enough to cool whatever you were planning to use it on.
