First should I build my own pc (I don’t know how) or should I buy I pre built one. I’m looking at a Digital storm pc (https://www.digitalstorm.com/configurator.asp?id=1756174 ) with a core i9 can someone tell if it’s a good deal or what I should get. Thanks (edit) can you guys link a prebuilt pc for me to look at thank u

1x GeForce GTX 1650 4GB

$1,582

I'm not sure it could be a bigger rip off lol

What's your budget/country?

Do you already have a monitor or TV?

What kind of games?

A high end system isn't more than like $1200 and it's really easy to put a PC together.

Windows 10 can be installed for free, or just get a key for $5 off ebay.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

it's a trainwreck. look up a few guides on youtube and build it yourself.

when I clicked at the link it shows the 9700F instead... Maybe we're not seeing what you planned to show us?

but if it is, this company is basically robbing you. 9700F + 1650 systems are like $1000.... and not even good for most games since that's way too little GPU power compared to the CPU. Neither are good choices among CPU and GPUs due to their price and performance but that's another story

Also things like memory and SSD and stuff dont specify their actual models, since I'm certain Digitalstorm doesn't make them and simply rebrand from someone else. For example, they said "500GB SSD", which can vary from 300MB/s slow SATA SSD to 3000MB/s PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD. Same for the graphics card, it shows the MSI single fan model but I doubt if that's what you'll end up getting.

Prebuilt is not necessarily a no-go, but buy from a company that a: doesn't overprice their stuff and b: list full name of models if not their specs.

P.S. Windows can create recovery point or restore disk on its own when it's still working, you do not need to buy one. It's good to have one of course, but you can have that for free.
