Problems with pokebank

I think you can only transfer them only from Pokemon B/W & B2/W2 to X and Y as of now.So you have to put your Platinum Pokemon in B/W then to Pokebank.

How do I put it into B/W?

You have to migrate them and I think you need two Nds's.I have the games but I never transferred Pokemon in these games.
