Well they should give you some warranty like a day or a week for you to test.

An honest seller should give you this option.

 

i agree with @mariushm you can also buy a used office pc with i5 2400 for around $150 and a used RX460/560 and it will game pretty much the same if not better.

Yeah you can do it but without a GPU.

yeah as long as it has B320, B350, B450, X370, you're good.
