A6400 vs a6500 (With some complications)

I have the opportunity to buy an a6500, E PZ 18-105mm f/4 G, and Sony E 20mm f/2.8 for $1200. Around 3000 shutter count. Should I buy it or pick up an a6400 plus some new lenses? Do the color science/hlg/auto focus benefits of the a6400 make this a comparatively bad deal? I'm looking for a camera for travel and backpacking. I'm equally interested in photo and video capabilities, although I lean slightly more toward photo given I've never had a half decent video camera.

Any help is appreciated,

Thank You

I'm gonna say a6400 because it's got a few things that you may find appealing such as the unlimited recording time and the flippy LCD.

The a6500 has IBIS but truthfully, it's not great, or even good. The 18-105 is a solid lens though.
