4K video editing beast that won't break my bank?

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a laptop for editing 4K footage. 

I want it to have specs along those lines

 

15 inch    (to fit in my backpack, maybe 17 but than it has to be impressive..) 

Rtx 2070 or better

32 gb ram (seems hard / impossible to find) 

i7 or i9

500 gb or more SSD

 

My budget:      1800 chf (yes I'm from Swiss) 

 

Till now i have found a really good offer for 1700 chf (hp omen i7, 500 gb ssd, rtx 2070) but instead of 32gb it only has 16gb of ram so I'm guessing if I don't get better recommendations from you, I'll just get that one and upgrade the ram.. 

Suggestions?

That one should be fine you probably don't need 32GBs of RAM though, I never pass 16GBs doing 4k gameplay editing.

A laptop here with the same specs is a good deal more expensive.
