4K video editing beast that won't break my bank?

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a laptop for editing 4K footage. 

I want it to have specs along those lines

 

15 inch    (to fit in my backpack, maybe 17 but than it has to be impressive..) 

Rtx 2070 or better

32 gb ram (seems hard / impossible to find) 

i7 or i9

500 gb or more SSD

 

My budget:      1800 chf (yes I'm from Swiss) 

 

Till now i have found a really good offer for 1700 chf (hp omen i7, 500 gb ssd, rtx 2070) but instead of 32gb it only has 16gb of ram so I'm guessing if I don't get better recommendations from you, I'll just get that one and upgrade the ram.. 

Suggestions?

I don't have a laptop suggestion, but if you're looking to edit 4K footage it will be worth looking at higher drive capacities or a fast external drive. 4K video just chews through storage space like nobody's business. A 500 GB drive is about enough for two to five large projects depending on your bitrates after accounting for Windows, editing software, and any other software you need.
