I found this thing called HideVolumeOSD 

But if you guys have any other program that you know is safe to use, feel free to give suggestions.

Thats a default windows feature when you use like your keyboard to adjust volume, skip track, pause etc...

I know what it is, i just didnt know what it was called, windows volume OSD.
