Pc gets stuck while gaming

Recently I exchange my i3 4150 to i5 4460 with my friend but when I play gears 5 my pc get freez. Gears 5 I played in i3 but my pc never gets freez.

If system completely locks then the CPU is the problem.

Download HWMonitor and observe cpu temperature while running Gears 5, maybe the chip is overheating. 

Can you list all other components of your build and power supply?

I always monitor with hw-monitor but it never happened on i3 4150.....i5 4460 gets 60 to 70 degree... gigabyte h81m s2pv, tharmaltek lite power 450w

Normal usage no problem happens.

Check bios - Enable XMP if it isn't - Also try clearing CMOS or with bios optimized defaults

Bro i reset my bios but again it happens
