Help with website menu

Hi guys!

 

I'm making a website with but i can't get the menu as i want it.. It is suppost to be on the left side and in the middle of every screen size (not mobile) and scroll with you so it is there at all times but i don't know how to do that, Please help!

That makes it stay at the top but shorter and not at the left side
