Ram Speed Problem

Hello, I just finished putting together a desktop and when I go into BIOS my ram is listed as 2133MHz but it is actually a 3600MHz kit. When I try to go in and change it, the system reboots 3 times or so before booting in safe mode and forcing me into the BIOS. What could be the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The board I am using is the X570 TUF Gaming Plus Wifi.

3rd gen CPU? 2 sticks in dual channel?

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

what do you mean its 2133 but its actually a 3600 kit?

 

what was advertized? 2133 or 3600? what is listed on the box?

Ryzen 3900X and 2 sticks of 16GB 3600 GSkill Trident Z Neo. It says 3600 on the box.

I mean that the kit is 3600 native, that is what is says on the box but in BIOS it auto selects 2133 as the speed.

that's just the default speed for most DDR4 kits with XMP profile past 2666MHz

 

make sure you enable DOCP

How do I do that? So if I enable DOCP that would make it more stable?

if you dont use DOCP, it's not running with the rated specs.
