GPU stopped working after sudden shutdown while gaming...

Hi, I was playing PUBG on my rig then suddenly my everything went black, when i tried restarting my pc, it was not turning on. I opened the case and saw that GPU fans are not spinning. Then I switched to internal graphics then it worked fine.. What could be the problem with my GPU...

Things I Have Tried:

  1. Tried re-inserting the gpu on mb

  2. Updateing MB's bios

  3. Flashing GPU BIOS using nvflash (both from DOS and Windows) but showing No Nvidia Display Adapters Found.

My Specs.

Intel i5 2500k

Gigabyte GTX 660 2GB DDR5 GPU

Gigabyte H61m-s2p MB

8GB DDR3 Ram

Corsair 450W Power Supply

128 GB SSD

500 GB HDD

how old is your GPU? Perhaps it simply just stopped working : )

Considering it's a GTX 660, (7 years old) I think it just died.
