BIOS flash thing

OK, so after looking at this photo that i took just now I have realized there is an extra sticker on the Motherboard box that says AMD RYZEN 3000 DESKTOP READY, im blind i guess

So it seems the new ryzen 3000 series doesnt work unless u got an expensive or msi motherboard or an older ryzen, I have neither. So I ask here, can my local pc repair shop do this BIOS flash thing and if so then what exactly do I ask them to do? Dont say "Hey, can you flash BIOS?" because I have honestly no idea how to translate that to my dumb language.

Hardware in question: Ryzen 5 3600; ASSrock B450 Pro4.

Also, it seems this board only supports "up to 3200+Mhz RAM", whatever that means, so will my weird 3400Mhz not work and do I then have to underclock it in the BIOS somehow (if i get it working)?

bios=firmware btw

 

you could also ask AMD to send you a bootkit to flash your BIOS, search up amd bootkit

 

your ram will work, though it won't go above 3200Mhz
