Some apps blurry

New elitebook 745 G5 laptop

1080p screen, latest vega 8 drivers

-some apps have huge text and are blurry

Tried windows blurry apps fix, no help

Updated drivers for gpu, no help

3rd party apps and setup wizards are most commonly blurry, in the attachment you can see how:

CPUID HWMonitor is sharper than everything else under it
