Problem after upgrading from intel to amd

When i had a intel i5 6500 cpu and a b350m motherboard my system ran with no problems at all, however, after upgrading to new cpu, motherboard, and ram, my system started to freeze randomly for a split second and at the same time i can hear a buzzing noise through my headphones, this annoying thing happens while surfing in web brower, and playing games, i tried many things like disabling c-states and other options in the bios but that didn't help..

I would really appreciate it if u can try and help me out please

my system specs are:

ryzen 7 1700 cpu

asrock b450m-hdv r4.0 motherboard

viper elite ddr4 2400mhz ram

geforce gtx 960 which i haven't cleaned for 4 years, the temps are 42c while idling, maybe my dirty gpu is causing the freezing with the buzzing noise, but i'm not  sure because i upgraded cpu, mobo and ram..

cpu temps are cool tho, much cooler than the gpu temps.

new OS install after swap?
