I was trying to play a game and pc stuck. Tried to restart the pc but didnt restart. After some research unplugged my gpu and it opened. I tried my older gpu and it worked. Im not sure but seems the issue is my gpu. Should I buy a new gpu or any hope for my current one ? The problem with a new gpu is my computer is kinda old so a new gpu means bottleneck for sure. If I ll buy a new cpu it means a new motherboard and a new ram so it is kinda impossible for me right now. If I buy a good gpu and upgrade my other parts later is that much of a problem ?

My Pc Specs -

cpu - intel i5 4590

gpu - powercolor r9 280x

motherboard - Asus h81 gamer

ram - Hyperx 8gb ddr3

psu - Thermaltake LP-700AL2NN 700w

That system shouldn't be taxing on a 700w power supply.

I am a little concerned about the quality of the PSU though.

Do you have the option to try out another PSU from a friends pc or something before going forward?
