Virtualization (SVM) causes a decrease in frequency of RAM and CPU

Hello,

After I turn on CPU Virtualization in Bios, I notice that CPU and RAM frequency decrease - CPU from 3.9GHz to 3.8GHz, and RAM from 3200 to 3133.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it because of buggy MSI bios or something else?

PC SPECS:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600

CPU COOLING: Noctua NH-D15

MBO: MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon

RAM: 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws V 3200MHz C14

GPU: ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1070 OC 8GB

PSU: Corsair HX750i Digital Platinum
