changing laptop display

I have a lenovo laptop(330-15 81D10052IV) and the one thing that really bothers me is the TN display, the viewing angles and colors are just terrible!

I wondered if it is possible to change the display? I know there are very similar models with a FHD LCD display and I could find the part on ebay.

Does anyone know if the different display type and resolution would be a problem?

This kinda fits in the category of the latest LTT video.  I would say that if you can find the display you want that is specifically for the body of your laptop then you should be able to make it work no problem.  If you're looking at other displays that are generic or for a different laptop body then you might have to do some extra work.
