2242 M.2 NVMe options

What the options for NVMe SSD in M.2 2242 formfactor nowadays (240GB+)?

I found just those:

 

Not go over 240GB:

More than speed I want decent drive  I don't think so Transcend is decent tho

The Transcend works just as you'd expect from a 2242 SATA model, but that won't work in your laptop anyway.

why? I want to take WWAN of and put the SSD there

This thread suggests the WWAN slot only supports NVMe, not SATA.

For price of 143usd + shipping I can get almost 1TB Samsung 970 EVO in local shop
