What the options for NVMe SSD in M.2 2242 formfactor nowadays (240GB+)?

I found just those:

Not go over 240GB:

512GB but not NVMe speeds:

https://www.amazon.de/Transcend-512GB-SATA-MTS430S-TS512GMTS430S/dp/B07MSQMGLT/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=512GB%2B2242&qid=1570996559&sr=8-1&th=1

I need second storage for my T580 ThinkPad :D

The Transcend works just as you'd expect from a 2242 SATA model, but that won't work in your laptop anyway.

2242 NVMe's are rare, but seems lexar have some. https://www.lexar.com/portfolio_page/ssd-nm520/
