basically all you can do is either pay the fee(I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO THIS) or roll back to another system restore point

 

otherwise, basically all you can do is wait for a decryption software to come out, might take a while because this ransomware is relatively new

 

remove the malware with malwarebytes to make sure the malware doesn't encrypt anything else
