That only really happens occasionally to me (like once a month) during very hard work (e.g. I am folding now and that happened once to me).

You could define a custom fan curve through something like MSI Afterburner to check up on this. Depending on how warm it runs, it might be possible it has to go to 100% fan speeds sometimes.
