Please, help with pc stuck POST screen.

First of all, forgive me my bad English.

 

So, I am trying to fix my old pc, but It freezes at the POST screen all the time, I cant go to BIOS, or press any keyboard button.

I have been fixing this thing for weeks, I searched all the web, but without luck.

I tried almost everything:

*Removing the CPU cooler.

*Using Internal and External GPU.

*Removing every single unneeded cables that connects to motherboard.

*Swapping the ram slots.

*Tried to turn on without keyboard.

*Tried to turn on without video cable, when it turned on, I put the cable back, still no luck..

*When turning on without any ram, it beeps.

*Tried different PSU.

*Tried Clearing CMOS.

 

I wanted to update the bios, but I cannot do anything on this PC.
I think the fault may be in the ram stick, I have 2 ram sticks, with first one it doesn't show anything on the screen, the fans only spin (I am not using that stick). And I think if the second ram was good, it should show under "1024MB OK" something like: USB devices found..., etc.

Or it may be fault with the motherboard. This pc was full of ants, bugs etc. but I cleaned it before turning it on...

And one more thing: I bought new ram sticks, but I have to wait for them. If it works after I put in the new ram, I will tell you.

But for now, it may be something else that causes this problem, so I would appreciate if someone can help me fix this.

Have you tried booting with just the one ram stick (the second one)?
