i really need help with a problem i have been having with my computer. its really weird.. randomly without warning my computer will just scroll in really fast up or down, or in games in and out.. AND biggest problem when i'm making art, i'm a digital artist and this is making me not be able to do my job i really really need help with this!!

and its not just my mouse or something, i it still dose it with my mouse not even connected, a different mouse. and even when i have my mouse/disabled and Scrolling in itself disabled.. IT STILL DOSE It... i have restored windows and nothing changed someone please help me with this

Welcome to the LTT forums! This is an issue that could have multiple different sources, there could be a corrupted drivers, a prank, your computer could be hacked, or some other issue of the sort, to start I would recommend kicking Windows Defender into action, installing a reputable anitmalware/antivirus software such as AVG, running some scans, looking for unrecognized programs, devices that you didn't connect to the computer, updating/reinstalling drivers, disconnecting any drawing tablets, and reinstalling their drivers, and if all of that fails I would try to see if the issue persists in an offline environment with all of these measures taken, if that is the case then I would then backup all valuable data and reinstall Windows.

it might be an issue with the keyboard, especially the Page Up and Page Down keys.
