I attempted to see if I could find it in the manual, here's your MOBO manuals link:

http://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/E7B89v2.3.pdf

However, as far as I can tell there are no LED's on the bottom of your motherboard, unless you have a case with a non-traditional mounting orientation, in which case I 'guess' it's possible that that debug LED's could be on the bottom (But I've never seen a mounting orientation that placed the right side of the motherboard facing down, I guess it would make it easier to plug in the rear IO...).

In any case, if you are referring to the debug LED, then there should be four LED's, from top to bottom, CPU, DRAM, VGA, and Boot.  Depending which light is lit it would indicate a problem with the corresponding  component.

If it's not that, then I  recommend looking at the manual, but it's possible if your Mobo has a lot of lights on it (More common these days) then it's nothing to worry about. Most of your errors would show up on your debug LED's not somewhere else on the motherboard.

I beleive you might be right with it just being leds for aesthetics because I checked everything and I’m  having not any issues with my computer at all.I just wish thier was a way to turn it off.

I recently discovered a red light just on on the bottom of my mother board which I find strange to see and I was wondering if it was somthing to worry about.
