h80i i59600k problem with temperature

hi guys i have a little problem with my temperatures my idle temps are running at 60 degrees and in game i have 100 degrees thermal throttling i am wondering what the problem is i tried changing the paste and re mounting the cooler again incase its loose but it didnt help in any way the temperatures are still high, when my pc starts up sometimes the pump light doesnt light up and sometimes it does but it goes off after few minutes im wondering if its a problem with the cpu or with the cooler.

is the anyway you guys could help me out

i underclocked the cpu for now so i could at least watch youtube or play less heavy games like tft

Do you have Corsair Link? Maybe fan settings to low? Or maybe there is a driver error and it’s reporting the wrong temperatures, try a different software and update drivers (bios to). Maybe fan connection to loose on cooler, so make sure all the power connectors are all the way in. Or something is wrong with the pump

the pump is fully conected i checked that but it doesnt light up, i plugged out all the fans to hear and check if its making noise vibrating when pc startup but its just fully quiet

i dont have the cable for corshair link so i cant check it but the motherboard says the fans are running at 2200rpm. could you tell me which driver it is?

also the bios is upto date

I’m not sure, but it might be the chipset drived
