V-Sync lag?

I wasn't sure where to post this, but i thought this spot might be good. Anyway am I the only one who can't see the lag that it apparently causes? I was playing Crysis 3 and the mouse seemed to move exactly when i moved it. So what are your guys opinion?

I don't have a problem playing with V-Sync enabled. I don't like having it off because the screen tearing drives me insane.
