Need more information than that. What games do you intend to play? At what resolution? Do you have a high refresh rate monitor?

 

Where are you located? How much do you want to spend?

nuc is p cool, actually quite nice considering what it packs. however the nuc is a barebone, and require u to pay at least 200 on ram and ssd.

 

it's best to build a SFF PC, with something like a silverstone SG-13 case. It is very portable and u will spend less on better upgradability and performance.
