So I have a collection of high quality powered speakers and I would like to use them to create a 5.1 surround system. Ive worked out that most common AV receivers dont do none amplified outputs. From the research ive done Ive worked out I need a AV processor but the only ones I can find cost a fortune.

Do you know of none expensive AV processors or do you know of AV receivers which have enough none amplified outputs to do a 5.1 system?

Nevermind, I saw your speaker's are powered. The cheapest thing I can think of is the Emotiva MC-700

Main speaker setup is now;

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)
