Black screen after gpu drivers install on Win 10

Hi!
So a friend of mine has the following problem:
He owns a GTX 1050 ti, and the problem is that when he installs the gpu drivers on the fresh installed windows 10, the screen goes black, and it stays so forever, even if he restarts, all is good until it gets to the welcome screen and it goes black again.
The thing is that I tried installing on Windows 7, and it has no problems, so I find it weird that it only happens on windows 10

Specs:
MOBO: Lenovo motherboard, i don't know the exact model
CPU: Intel i3 3240
RAM : 10 GB DDR3

GPU: GTX 1050Ti 4gb Low profile

I already tried uninstalling old drivers with DDU, and installing older drivers
i'm out of ideas
hope you can help me

Thanks in advance!

Can they get the PC to boot in windows 10 any way, such as integrated graphics, not upgrading the graphics driver, etc?
