I recently buy a "Samsung C27HG7x" Monitor that is 144hz is 2k etc.

Now, I have a GTX 960 aaand i don't really know what i can purchase for fully use this monitor

Also, i don't want to spend too much.. Can u guys tell me what is worth to buy?

gaming: gtx1660 (upcoming super?) ~$230 or rx5700 pulse ~$370

casual use : keep the 960

It's for gaming, ye the budget is pretty similar, now i'm in EU so i can spend 300€.. like ~330$
so maybe the "1660 super" would cost that way?

A GTX1080 has better performance than the 1660 by a lot, and is on-par with the 2060 Super.

Ok so the final result is 

1080 second hand or 2060 super, for better price/Quality

and, where i can buy second hand GPU? amazon warehouse?

Edit : my budget is ~330$ i can't afford a 1080 even second hand ahahah

Alternate.de offers for some cards b-stock with quite good price reduction. if you don't care about original packaging this could be a good money saver

Where you are in the EU is very important for what's available, and what the prices are...

 

For that monitor, you'd really want something with at least 5700XT/2070S/1080ti performance for an optimal experience... That's a rather limited selection, and you'll be hard pressed to find any of them under ~400€.
