So i had an old prebuilt system laying around with everything working except storage, so i bought an ssd and plugged it in. Pc got in to bios all by itself and churned on quite happily. I now make an windows recovery drive and plug it in.

Now no matter what i do i can´t get the pc to boot up to the bios or windows.

Cpu fan spins

Gpu fan spins

Keyboard/mouse lights up

Psu fan is spinning

Case fans are spinning
