AMD->NVIDIA GPU Passthrough for Moonlight?

I am not sure what terms would be best here, but I’ll try. I have a question; is it possible to passthrough amd graphics, say have Windows using an RX 580, through a cheap NVIDIA card like the gt 1030 for the purpose of streaming it through Moonlight (NVIDIA game stream)? I can see this being possible, and I swear I saw Linus passthrough gpus before, I am not sure how though; google gives me unrelated answers. Thanks

This is interesting and kind of what I want to know myself, I have a radeon vii  which I prefer to game on and also use for linux etc + with my undervolting and the cooling is better then my 1080ti FE.. the problem I am having is that I do a lot of remote streaming from my pc to  nvidia shield and my apple tv..

nvidia gpu    =   apple tv or shield works perfect  with   moonlight, parsec , steam streaming

amd gpu = works perfect with parsec or steam streaming on shield,     on apple tv  the steam streaming is really bad quality and no parsec app on it..

so I'm thinking of putting both cards in my pc and use the radeon 7 for gaming and linux and use nvidia for physx stuff and nvenc encoding to moonlight..
I'd like some feedback from users who have tried this.
