High pitched whine?

My PC just started making a high pitched whine noise. If this is just coil whine thats ok, but I want to make sure its not a sign of something failing. In particular my PSU is a little on the old side. The best way I can describe it is it sounds like the sound you hear when your ears are ringing

 

UPDATE: I found out it was my ceiling lights, not my PC. False alarm
