Wish I could help you but I cannot replicate the problem, nor have I encountered it. Whenever my Commander Pro freaks out I just restart and it fixes itself.

Do you have a 3rd party monitoring program running like HWinfo or something of the sort?

Is the commander pro updated fully?

This may sound stupid, but have you checked under the Lighting Setup for the Commander Pro to make sure that it still knows that you have 6 fans?  If the software only thinks that you have one fan, that might be why only one fan at a time lights up.  Maybe something screwy happened and the Setup settings were changed somehow.

Only other thing that I can think of would be like @Fakmykak said and that there is some other monitoring program running.  I know that my Commander Pro does weird things if I run HWiNFO64 and let it take over sensor monitoring.  Plus, if I run Ryzen Master and reboot the system after making changes and it first reboots with Ryzen Master opening, then iCUE will not recognize any device hooked up to it until I restart again.

You can contact Corsair support. Maybe they have some troubleshooting solutions. Expect them to take a month to reply to your Email though.

I had the same problem with them taking ages to reply to mails!

Pro tip: use messenger to contact their Facebook account! At least for their German account they usually respond at least the next day, if not within hours.

Sounds stupid, but works ^^
