GPU OC mega fail

I was pushing my gpu with msi afterburner and then it crashed. I put the voltage percent to 52. My bad. Now when I boot into bios it’s fine, but windows lasts 30 seconds. The crashes. Billions of colours then a blank white screen. How do I delete msi afterburner remotely or reset the oc remotely. Because i think what is happening is I’m loading into windows, the oc powers on and it crashes. I have no spare gpus. I my cpu has no integrated graphics. What can I do? Am I getting the problem wrong or what?

Boot in safe mode so MSi Afterburner won't load... then reinstall it so this problematic broken profile you set is gone.

Considering you're on Windows 10 there are 3 ways to boot in safe mode:

When you boot in safe mode only Windows essentials are loaded so MSi Afterburner won't open unless you do so manually so you'll be good to go on reinstalling it.

dont let Afterburner apply OC settings automatically until you make sure it's stable next time
