POST ISSUE

My PC suddenly wont work! No post!

 

when I turn it on, the Fan spins fast, then the monitor seems detecting it for a sec, then the fan on cpu stops, then spin slowly, then stops again. The led light on VGA “Easy debug” always turns on when I boot it. 

 

This is my new build and been working for a year now, barely using it on games.

 

Here are the things I’ve done so far:

 

Removed all the power supply to all components and peripherals.

Reseated all components including CPU

I tried each of my ram on both slot

Removing CMOS and putting it back.

I removed everything, then put it all back in one piece. Still no luck!

 

My pc specs:

R7 2700x

2x8GB 3200mhz

A320 board

GTX 1079

650 watts psu

 

using AVR only

 

I’m thinking if my mobo is damaged. 
or PSU. Hopefully my components are okay please. These are very expensive in my country. I need someones expertise! 

 

I cannot do the trial and error as I have no other computer to test it on. 
 

help!
