Activation Key.

Hi all,

         I have got an msi gaming laptop which i am going to install a m.2 ssd into it and them reinstall windows onto it, when i try to get a product key it says windows is activated with a digital license linked to your account.

Does that mean i dont have to worry about having a key as when i log in to my microsoft account on my rebooted laptop as it will automatically activate windows? Thanks.

Yup, since it's tied to your Microsoft account it will move with your account.

On laptop it would activate regardless as the key is saved on mobo.
