Nvlink Compatibility?

As long as the board supports SLI which that board doesnt seem to support from what I can find and tell.

Unfortunately your motherboard the ASUS Prime Z370-P only supports AMD Crossfire, it does not have built in support for nVidia SLI technology and it's second PCI-e 16x header is limited to 4x lanes.
